We have two really good options to improve the ride quality and handling of your 2018 Nissan Frontier. We have what you looked at in the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORTUN4L. This is a fixed aeon rubber spring that engages when you put a load on the truck. We do see from time to time them making contact when hitting larger bumps which tends to be pretty abrupt sacrificing a little ride quality.
The second option is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2558 is a fully adjustable air bag system. There is a little more to the installation but overall it is pretty easy. The benefit here is that you have full control of the system and will allow you to add and remove air as you see fit per the load. When not needed you keep 5 psi in the bags and it actually will slightly improve the unloaded ride quality.
Of the two I like the Firestone option. I like being able to change and adjust as necessary to accommodate the different loads and you're not sacrificing ride quality.
