in the specs. the hing is 2 inch laying flat. is this folded or unfolded. thank you for your time.

I spoke to my contact at Redline and he informed me that the 2 inch width is measured when the Redline 2 inch Wide Continuous Steel Hinge # H200 is unfolded.
