Does Kuat Class 2 Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs Fit Factory Crossbars of 2003 Subaru Forester

Question:
Hello, I have a 2003 subaru forester. It has factory cross rails. Will the C2R1B Kuat class 2 jbar fit on it. I want to have 2 Kayaks on top. I just became aware of your product when I saw 2 Old Town Kayaks on top of a new Subaru Crosstrek. Thank you. If it does not work...what product would work on my 2003 Subaru Forester?
