I have a 3500 Sprinter van with LT215/85R16. Will this CE27440 cover fit, or recommend a premium vinyl cover please. OD is 29, and width is 8.5. Thanks

When fully inflated, a 215/85R16 tire should have a diameter of 30.4 inches and width of 8.5 inches so you'll need a spare tire cover a little larger than the one you mentioned. The correct fit for a spare tire of your size is one of the following:

Both are vinyl covers like you were wanting, and will do a great job protecting your spare, though I recommend going with the Classic Accessories cover due to its quick connect clip which ensures a tight grip around the tire.
