The fit of the CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror part # CM11132 is designed to fit a handle bar with an interior diameter of 5/8" up to 3/4". It is placed inside the open handle bar tube and expands with a torsion screw to secure it.
Another option that you could consider is the CIPA Handlebar Grip Mount ATV Mirror # CM-11126. This style wraps around the handlebar using a Velcro strap, and can accommodate handlebars with up to a 1-1/4 in diameter.
