Is the rear mount capable of mounting a 4.5 “ tire ?

Regarding the # 298-BT1004 Talon Rack SeaSucker reports, "The rear wheel cup has a 22" strap to secure any size back tire." I called my contact at SeaSucker and they confirmed the information about the 22" strap and that it indeed would have no issues holding your 4.5" tire.
