The SeaSucker Talon, part # 298-BT1004 will be a compatible fit with the 2018 Audi A5 SportBack, though you may need to mount the rear tire on the rear glass of the vehicle depending on the bike's wheelbase.
I recommend adding a few things for use with the SeaSucker Talon for ease of use and added security.
For your wheel, you'll want to purchase either the Hogg, part # 298-BA1580 or Flight Deck, part # 298-BV1022. These will let you store a quick release front wheel outside of the vehicle next to your bike.
The Hogg is designed for Quick-Release front wheels, and will mount onto a special nut that installs onto your bike's rear axle, and adds a removable body where your quick release wheel can ride.
The Flight Deck will add a third vacuum cup and wheel mount beside the rear wheel mount, providing you with a place to mount your quick-release wheel.
Additionally, because there is no integrated security function on the SeaSuckers, you'll definitely want to purchase a window cable anchor, part # 298-BA0010 to lock your bike to on longer trips that you may stop during. This hangs off your rear window's outside and allows for use of a cable lock. I recommend the Master Lock Quantum Coiled Lock, part # 8122D, as this lock's coiling design will help reduce the total amount of wind noise that you'll experience.
I've included several videos of all of these parts and a video demonstrating the strength of the Talon system, so you can get a better idea of these parts features.
