If your Lexus has flush mounted rails that run back and forth on the roof, I recommend to use the Thule WingBar Evo Aluminum Crossbars part # TH711200 with the feet part # TH710601 and fit kit part # TH186044 for the 2020 Lexus RX350 F sport with panoramic roof. This rack does fit with the panoramic roof however Thule recommends that you do not open the glass roof when the rack is installed because it will damage the roof, the accessories on the rack and create a lot of wind noise.

The Thule brand makes high quality roof rack cross bars with T-slots that allow you to mount accessories without trimming the rubber stripping like with other brands. The aluminum bars are not only functional but stylish with the aerodynamic shape. The TH711200 bars I recommended are silver but if you prefer black you can use part # TH711220 for the bars.

If your Lexus has a naked roof, without flush mounted rails the only option is Inno Aero Crossbars part # INXB108-115 with feet part # INXS200 and fit kit part # INK478 which is also confirmed to fit with the panoramic roof. The Inno roof rack is a low profile aerodynamic option so it is still a nice option that doesn't look bulky on the top of the Lexus.

The feet are flush with the bars so there is not any bar overhang. They also have T-slots that do not require trimming of the rubber stripping. Inno does not have a stance on opening the sunroof with the rack installed but etrailer.com does not recommend opening the roof to avoid damage and noise. These roof rack bars only come in black, I have attached a video of the rack for you.
