Can the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent Pull Air In

Question:
I need two fans in my van, and want them to be in/out flow. So can have AC on in the van at the front and outflow the vent at the back to suck the cold air through the van. At night when hot, I want the fan to inflow so I have cool outside air on my face and exhaust out the front.

The MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-03810B is an exhaust fan so it can only pull air out. If you are looking for a vent fan that does both you'll have to go with the larger square style like the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-04002K which can still be installed in a van but more modifications would be needed.
