do you have a replacement pad to fit- 3 inch tube, 21 X 3 inch pad. Left to right hole PLACEMENT 3.5. 5.3/4. 6 1/2. 3 1/2

It sounds like you're looking for the Replacement Step Pad for Westin E-Series Nerf Bars - 21" Long x 3" Wide # 23-0001, which has very close measurements to the ones you've mentioned. This would be the closest available part and the only 21" step pad replacement we have available. If you've got Westin E-Series nerf bars, these would be the correct replacement pads. I've linked a photo with the measurements between the pegs for you, but the discrepancies might just be down to the places that the measurements were taken.
