2016 F350 w/ B&W turnover ball hitch. Does Airlift have an airbag package that will install without interference with my B&W turnover ball hitch?

Yes, there are Air Lift air bags that will fit your 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1116 installed.
That said, they will interfere with the brackets, so you will have to drill through them in order to do the install, though that is standard for these types of installations so it isn't something that will affect the performance of your hitch. The correct kit for your F-350 depends on if you have 2WD or 4WD:
- 2WD: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57395
- 4WD: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57396
To make the install simpler you'll want to use the Air Lift Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. I also highly recommend a comopressor to maintain and monitor your air bags, the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856.
