Replacement Handle Recommendation for a 1250 lb Dutton-Lainson Trailer Jack

Question:
My model number is 203960B 1250 lb capacity. Will this handle fit my DL trailer tongue jack?

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Dutton-Lainson and he stated that the 203960B number that you pulled from your jack is a label number. That label was used on two different trailer jacks with a 1250 lb weight capacity, sidewind jack # 6814 and topwind jack # 6817.
The Dutton-Lainson Replacement Handle, # DL22448, is designed to fit the sidewind style jack # 6814. If you have a sidewind style jack, then this handle will fit your jack. If you have a topwind style jack, then you will want the replacement handle, # DL22674.
