Solar Panel Charger that Could Keep Dump Trailer Battery Topped Off

Would this work to keep a dump trailer marine battery topped off that is stored void of electricity and used maybe 3x per week?

The 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 is capable of putting out a 2.5 watt charge at it's peak which would help keep a battery alive if left in storage but would not probably recharge a dead battery in use on a dump trailer.
A 90 watt solar charger like part # 34282729 would do a better job.
