I have a solution for you, but the Malone RunWay 3 # MPG2142 is not a confirmed fit on the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Instead, you'll want to use the Malone Hanger 3 # MPG2139, which is a similar rack and has adjustable arms to help. The Hanger 3 is a bit better option too, since it comes with locks integrated, so it will keep your bikes secured to the rack.
