I may have a solution for you if you're just looking to carry some bikes on your vehicle, but unfortunately, as of today there are not any hitches that will fit on the 2021 Mini Cooper SE. If you're looking to carry a bike rack, your best bet would be to use a trunk mounted rack like the Saris Bones EX # SA803, which would allow you to carry up to 3 bikes. The anti-sway cradles on the Bones EX hold the bikes at 3 points and will help keep the bikes secure and prevent bike-to-bike and bike-to-car contact, so you won't have to worry about damaging your vehicle during transit.
