I also own a third generation Prius (they are wonderful!) and the best roof rack I can recommend is the Thule Roof Rack Kit with parts # TH711400, # TH710501, # TH145001. My favorite part about this kit are the Thule Wingbar Evo Crossbars # TH711400. They are designed to be extra aerodynamic and cut down on the wind noise. They also reduce drag to help maintain the Prius' legendary fuel efficiency.
This Thule Roof Rack has a nice sleek design, and the bars also come in black # TH711420 for whichever best fits your Prius' cool look. I attached a picture of these bars installed on a 2017 Prius. Just note that the feet are the old discontinued Traverse towers # TH480R and the new Kit I recommended has the upgraded version from Thule, the Evo Clamps.
