Does Ark Articulating Off-Road Coupler Have a Lock

Question:

When the trailer is attached to the vehicle, there doesn't seem to have a way to securely lock the Part Number AR44FR to the vehicle? Its seems like anyone could unhitch the trailer from the vehicle? Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Thanks

You are correct that there isn't a lock made specifically for this kind of off-road coupler, the Ark Articulating Off-Road Coupler for 2" Receivers - Trailer Side # AR44FR.

Since it mounts inside an off-road trailer's hitch tube like the Buyers Products Black Receiver Tube # 337RT25806B, the best way to secure it is to remove the coupler from your trailer when it is not being used and lock it in your vehicle, so your trailer would not be able to be towed away.
