Hi. I am in need of a bike rack for 3 bikes. Will this rack be compatible? I do not have a hitch.

As long as your 2015 Lexus RX 350 doesn't have the OEM spoiler the Saris Bones EX 3 part # SA803 will fit and work great. If you have a spoiler you'd need to go with a hitch mounted option like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z with a hitch that fits your vehicle like the Draw Tite part # 75676.
