Hi I would like to purchase the Thule rack system for my 2020 gmc short box. I also have the backflip hard tonneau cover. Will it fit?

For your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 5-3/4 foot bed with a BakFlip tonneau # BAK34ZR the TracRac part # TH43002XT-782 would fit technically but wouldn't allow the cover to open. With this TracRac the only tonneau that will fit and roll up is the Revolver # BAK79130.
With your Bakflip though you could use the Adarac Pro Series part # A4002965 as this would fit and still allow the cover to fold up.
