Question:
I have 2018 Ford Raptor with power unlock and assist down .will this product work with this truck also aluminum bed and dont want to drill into and ruin factory look.

The Hopkins EasyLift # 74211 is indeed a fit for your 2019 F-150 Raptor, but installation does involve drilling into the side of the tailgate opening and the underside of the tailgate as shown in the linked demonstration video.
