How do I purchase hardware for hitch 13328 for 06 honda pilot?

The only hardware required are bolts and washers which are supplied with your Curt Hitch # 13328. If you need replacement hardware you can order our kit # RHK. I have added a link below for that item. Be sure to fill in your hitch brand and model number.
Some customers find the the bolts thread smoother if they use a 1/2" Tube Brush # 814092 first. I have included a link to the hitch and brush.
