Question:
Looking to bring in internet to the RV, so thinking of using a latch door knob for cable. Qs: What is the diameter of the door hole for the cylinder? Is there a product that I can put on that opening to seal it and just make a hole for the cable? Thanks in advance,

Expert Reply:
The diameter of the core of the Camco Cam Lock Thumb Latch part # CAM44323 is 7/8 inch. Using this as the hole size for what you are wanting to do you'd be best served to find a grommet designed for a 7/8 inch diameter hole and has an inner diameter that matches the diameter of the cable.
