Hello, I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger. Im looking at the Curt # C11133. My question is, will the masts of the bike rack clear the rear bumper when fully seated into the hitch? Thanks!

There are a number of bike racks that will work with your 2013 Dodge Avenger, just keep in mind the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper is about 6-1/2 inches with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11133.
That's a pretty good distance, so you'll need a bike rack with good bumper clearance, and there is a bike rack that you can use which is compatible with the Curt hitch that fits your 2013 Avenger, and also have the clearance needed so they won't come into contact with your bumper:
