For your 2020 Cadillac XT4 there are only Class III 2 inch hitches available like the Curt # C39FR. The Class III hitches have the more popular 2 inch hitch size and have more towing capacity. To reduce it down to a 1-1/4 inch hitch size all you'd need is the part # HT02 and you'd be set.
