Kayak Carrier that Can Fit on Werner Truck Ladder Rack Load Bars

Question:
My Werner aluminum truck rack crossbars are about 4inch wide by about 1. Will this fit or is there an adapter to make it fit or will I need to drill holes in the crossbar to mount?

Is there a track on the top of the load bars? From the research I did on the Werner truck ladder rack bars they should have a track which would allow a kayak carrier like the LockRack # 339LR65LASET to fit but the etrailer kayak carrier # e98878 will not fit around the bar dimensions you mentioned. The max bar width it can fit is 3-1/8 inches.
