Question:

I would like to verify this kit Air Lift part #57393 will work, I have tried to find a installation video of a 2003 F350 dually because my truck does not have a bump stop arm in the leaf pack. I currently have Timbrens installed and then will under load rest right on the axle itself. Trying to verify this kit will fit onto the axle tube, and clear the bracket that mounts the stocks and rear sway bar which is about 6.5-7inch from the leaf springs??

Part # AL57393 does work for your 2003 F-350 Super Duty. The air bags sit on the inside of the leaf springs leaving enough clearance for the leaf springs. You do have to remove the Timbrens for this kit to work correctly. We don't have an install video on our site, but the instructions are very clear and make this a straight forward install.

I also recommend adding a compressor part # AL74000EZ. Adding a compressor makes it much easier to adjust your bags for the load you are pulling. There is no need to jump out of your truck to add or remove air from the bags. You can set pre-loaded settings if you pull the same trailers all the time.
