I assume you are asking about if a 2004 Nissan Titan can tow a 1998 Terry 5th wheel trailer, and while you will need to verify the towing capacity in your owner's manual, these are lightweight trailers so there should not be any problem doing so for most of the models.
In order to tow a 5th wheel with your 2004 Nissan Titan, you will need base rails and a 5th wheel hitch, and for base rails the correct part is the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Nissan Titan # C16470-204.
For a 5th wheel hitch use the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller # 16516
