I have 2001 Dodge 3500 Van 1 ton 40in center bolt holes on frame.Looking at 41910 will this work? Thank you for your time

Yes, the Draw-Tite class III part # 75140 Trailer Hitch will fit your Dodge van. I went out to our warehouse and measured the mounting holes and they are 40 inches apart, measured on center.
To complete your towing set-up, you might need the following:
4 pin wiring harness # 18002
Drawbar # C45010
2 inch trailer ball # 63845
1-7/8 inch ball # 19260
