The Stealth hitch for you 2020 Volvo XC40, part # SH77FR, has all hardware included that you will need for installation.
I do recommend getting a tube of sealant like part # LT37467 that gets used to install the hitch. Take a look at the installation video and you'll see where the sealant is used. It also shows the existing nuts.
