In order to flat-tow a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado (4x4 or 4x2) you'll need a base plate, tow bar, safety cables, wiring harness, supplemental braking system, and possibly a few other items. I have attached these for you below along with the Blue Ox Patriot Braking System you said you already had.
