For your 2020 Audi Q3, the aeroblade edge is not a fit. Instead you will need the following:

Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 # TH711320
Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4 # TH710601
Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet # TH186031

The WingBar is the replacement for the AeroBlade and the Evo Feet will work with the older bars if you have the bars already. You will be able to open your sunroof, however it is not recommended to do wo when you have a roof rack installed by the manufacturer. This of course avoids issue when carrying a load, but it also is due to the increased wind noise from having bars installed as well.
