Does the Bike Rack Replacement Locking Knob Screw On To the Fixed Stud On My Swagman XP Bike Rack

Question:
Does this screw onto a fixed stud or does this have the stud attached. My rack has fixed studs and i just need a locking knob that will screw onto the fixed stud/post.

Yes, the # P1040 replacement locking knob screws on to the mounting stud on your Swagman XP bike rack. It is essentially a large knob (wing nut) that is disabled when the key is turned to the locked position. When locked the knob will spin and cannot back the nut off of the stud, securing the bikes to the rack.
