Will this work for my wagon . Want to calibrate the bigger tire diameter.

The Edge Insight # EP84130 that you referenced does fit your 2012 Ram 2500 but it doesn't have ability to change the tire size to calibrate your speedometer. You'd need a programmer like the # EP86040 to accomplish that. This can also give you additional horsepower and torque as well as an added bonus.
