The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-2-1K comes in a quantity of one, so if you wanted to get two of them you would simply need to hit enter "2" in the "Quantity" box on the product page.

This does come pre-greased though it is recommended you re-pack your bearings every year and for that I recommend the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease # L11380; for a bearing packer I recommend the Bearing Packer # PTW1218 or # ALL647646.
