There is a set of air bags for your 2015 Ford F-150 with 4-wheel drive that I can confirm are compatible with a gooseneck hitch such as your B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW77FR.
The air bags that will fit your truck and which are compatible are:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385
