How Long are the Connections on the Thule MultiLift Cargo Lift and Storage System

Question:

I have a 9 1/2 foot ceiling. But I need to use it all the way to the ground ? Is this possible ?

The Thule MultiLift Cargo Lift and Storage System part # TH572 has ropes that will extend about 6.5' from their attachment points which is about 4" from the mounting surface so the maximum extension from your ceiling is about 6' 10" leaving you short. For this to work you will need ti find a solution to lift the item you want to store about 3'.

To get around this you can add length the the ropes to get to the floor but would need to supply your own as it is not available as an extension.
