An 18 x 8.50-8 trailer tire measures 17.6" in diameter and 8.5" wide. Since the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM30120 has a 4 on 4" bolt pattern it will fit your hub, but keep in mind the tire is a bit larger in diameter at 18" and is narrower at 5.9".
The other option is to use a replacement 18 x 8.50-8 trailer tire and wheel with 4 on 4" bolt pattern, the Kenda 18x8.50-8 Bias Golf Cart Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM90002.
This is a load range B tire with an 815 lb (per tire) capacity. I have added links to video reviews of that tire and wheel as well as the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM30120.
