Will the AirBedz XUV Air Mattress Fit a 2020 Toyota 4Runner No Third Row

Will this mattress fit well in subject model vehicle without removing any part of the second row seat?

The AirBedz XUV Air Mattress with Built-In Rechargeable Battery Air Pump part # 341031 is indeed a confirmed fit for a 2020 Toyota 4Runner. In regards to the second row seating, all that should be required is to fold down the seat backs but I don't really have much information specific to this make/model so you'd need to make sure you can fold down your second row seats so the mattress can lay flat.
