Whats the diameter of the arm on the Thule Apex XT 4? Also, is there a replacement cradle with the rubber straps not the ratcheting kind that fits on this bike rack?

The arms of the Thule Apex XT 4 part # TH9025XT are 1-1/4 inch in diameter. Yakima's replacement frame cradles like part # Y8890177 are designed to fit this size so these would if you were wanting to go with a more standard cradle setup that uses rubber straps instead.
