I have no idea how to put this all on top of our Kia Teluride Any suggestions?

I do have suggestions. The Thule parts which are correct for your 2020 Kia Telluride with flush rails are # TH711420, # TH710601, and # TH77JV.
The fit kit installs by attaching to the fixed points of the flush rails on your vehicle. You'll have to remove the covers on the rails and then thread the bolt through the fit kit into the rails of the vehicle. Check out the link I have added below.
