Is this will fit 2015 Mercedes e350 sedan 4door fixed mount points.whats the crossbars dimensions.

The most similar option would be the Thule WingBar Evo part # TH711200, # TH460R, and # THKIT3049 which installs by attaching to the factory fixed mounting points of your roof and has crossbars that are 47 inches long.
