Does TH753352303 include two arms or just one? Seems like it must be two or it would be cheaper to buy a new one but I didnt see that anywhere.

The Replacement Arm Assembly for Thule Hullavator part # TH753352303 is shown as "B" in the photo below. It comes with one arm only so you'd need two to replace both.
