If you have some structure underneath to tie the # TWSPWFKW into, then yes but otherwise I'd fear that the fasteners would tear out pretty easily.
I'd recommend using a good sided piece of 1/2 or 3/4 inch thick exterior grade plywood (large enough to tie into at least two crossmembers) and attach the chock like # TWSPWM to that. That way, there wouldn't be much danger of the hardware tearing out.
