Inside Mounting Dimensions of Surestep Bumper 21002

Question:
Hi Im looking at buying a Surestep #21002. My question is, what are the inside dimensions across of the mounting part see your pic of the Surestep # 21002 and are these dimensions of the 21007 the same? Ive included a pic of my 1996 Dodge B3500 factory bumper also. Ive spent hours on your site researching and comparing your bumpers and saw a recommendation for a 2003 dodge with the same bumper as mine, #76001 but that bumper is 63inch and mine is 77inch across on the outside. It shows the 21002 is 75inch x 8x 8inch and my factory bumper is 77x 8x 7. Again my question is, what are the inside dimensions across of the mounting part see pic of the Surestep # 21002
