The Replacement Long and Short Hooks for Swagman Quad 2+2 Platform Bike Rack - Locking # SP429 are the correct replacements for your bike rack. If you just want two hooks you can use the Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks for Swagman Chinook, G10, or E-Spec Bike Racks # SP428 according to our contact at Swagman. They are not available individually.
