Will this rack fit on my truck If I have a truxedo low pro tonneau cover? I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500.

Since your Truxedo LoPro tonneau cover mounts to the inside edges of the top of the bed side, leaving the tops of the bed sides free, the Thule TracRac SR ladder rack would indeed work for you, but not the one you'd looked at. The # TH43003XT-785 is a fit for a Ford, but there are models that will fit your Chevy. For the short bed, you'd use # TH43002XT-781 or # TH43002XT-780 for the long bed.
