I have a solution for locking the arms on your Swagman XC # S64650 but the Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks for Swagman # SP428 does not fit on the center mast of your bike rack. It will be too large and won't engage with your mast. These arms are a replacement for the Swagman Chinook # S64683, G10 S64682, or E-Spec Bike # S94FR racks.
The Master Lock Covered, Solid Body Padlock # 131D is a good way to lock your bike rack. This will secure at the hole near the release button on your arms. While this is in place you can not press the button all the way to release the arm. It comes in a quantity of 1 so you will need to pick up a second lock for your other bike.
