If you look at the attached photo you will see the integrated rubber seal. If that is what you are asking about then it does come with it. If you are looking for a different rubber seal then it will not. The Replacement Light Housings for Westin Molded, Lighted Running Boards - 2 Pack # 27-9902 are molded plastic and you may want these replaced as well.
