Hi, I am considering whether to purchase this hitch or Drawtite 75676. Is there a way to tell if both of these hitches would be compatible with Thule Apex XT Swing 49027xt In general, how can I tell if a bike rack will properly fit the hitch? Is it just based on if its a 2inch receiver opening?

Both of the hitches you referenced would fit your 2011 Lexus RX 350 and would work great with the Thule Apex Swing Bike rack part # TH9027XT. Since it has a shorter install time listed I would recommend the Draw Tite part # 75676 and also because currently it has the better price than the # C13143 (subject to change).
