Will Global Link RV Entry Door Kit Be Easier to Open and Close than Older Latch on RV

Question:

We have similar locks on our motor home and a trailer. My wife has a great deal of difficulty opening the door on the motor home and closing the door on the trailer. They work easily for a day or two if i lubricate them, but then they get difficult again. Would new latches solve the problems?

Yes, going to a new lock/latch for your RV entry door like the part # 295-000019 will be a great solution. Your latch does sound like it's worn out or possibly damaged which is making it hard to use but this replacement will be easy to use and won't require constant lubrication.
